Drivers will meet International arriving passengers 30 minutes after the actual flight arrival in front of the Chauffeur meeting point (Beside OPTUS shop)

MELBOURNE DOMESTIC AIRPORT TERMINAL 3 (FOR VIRGIN DOMESTIC ARRIVING FLIGHT)

Drivers will meet Virgin Australia arriving passengers 15 minutes after the actual flight arrival in front of the staircase at Terminal 3.

MELBOURNE DOMESTIC AIRPORT TERMINAL 4 (FOR JETSTAR AND TIGER AIRWAYS DOMESTIC FLIGHT)

Drivers will meet Tiger Airways or Jetstar arriving passengers 15 minutes after the actual flight arrival inside the in front of the staircase at Terminal 4.

At the time of booking, kindly provide us your flight number and the complete address of your central destination in Melbourne city. Your transfer will get confirmation instantaneously and a travel voucher will be provided to you for presenting to the private driver. Your driver or operator will send you SMS confirmation with driver details.

Adult prices shall be applied to all travelers from 0 year and above that age.

Child Seat Requirements:

Children from 0month to up to 6months: Children under 6 months old must travel in a rear facing child restraint.

Children from 6 months to up to 4years: Children aged between 06months to 04 years must travel in a forward facing child restraint.

Children from 04 years to 07 years: Children aged between 4years to 07 years must travel in a forward facing child booster seat.

Passenger’s with additional needs: Passenger with a medical condition or physical disability may have additional needs to travel safely in a vehicle. No Show Charge: 100%

Free Waiting Period & No Show Charge Terms & Conditions:

Airport Arrival Pickup:75 Minutes from the flight arrival time after 75 minutes if we do not received any communication from you than it will be decide as No Show. We highly recommand for contact with your driver or operator once your flight landed or before departure.

Hotel or other locations pickup waiting: First 10 minutes is free after 10 minutes if your driver or operator do not received any call or sms from you than driver will leave the place and it will be decided as a No Charge.

Airport Parking: Airport parking fees Included with standard fare up-to 1hr for domestic, up to 75 minutes for Int’l flight from the arrival time. To avoid high parking cost ,delay or no show charge please kindly reply to driver or operator’s sms or call. We highly recommend you to call directly or through Whatsapp (free wi-fi inside the terminal) once you have picked your luggage. It will take 7-10 minutes to get into terminal from outside chauffeur parking area.

Tolls: All tolls are included, for city, Southbank or St Kilda road we take Flemington Exit, for south-eastern suburbs we take Kings-way exit. (Subject to change the route if there is major road works or delays. Our drivers are highly trained and very professional.

Inbound/Outbound waiting period: first 10 min is free. We will wait maximum 15 minutes for any pickup outside airport pickup. To avoid no show cancellation charge please kindly advise your driver or operator If you are delaying over 10 minutes

Additional Stops: Please kindly notify us if you have additional schedules/unscheduled stop over, additional charges may apply $10 for each additional stops on the way towards destination. If different directions than the actual destination full charge may apply.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
